New Brunswick Distillery is the first-ever distillery to open in the Chaleur region. It is set to become a landmark destination for spirit enthusiasts.
New Brunswick Distillery is committed to showing local craftsmanship by using the local and natural resources the Chaleur region has to offer.
For the past four years, owners have been planting fruit trees around Bathurst to produce locally infused spirits.
They will offer an assortment of gin and vodkas as well as a batch of craft beer to start. Eventually, they would also like to offer rum, whisky, brandy, liqueurs, bitters and even canned cocktails.
